Cancellation & Returns

Return Policy:

We hope you were happy with the delivery of your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, then we do have a customer friendly return policy. Please see below for more details in this regard.

Return/ Replacement Process:
You can return and replace a product purchased from the Application or Website, in either of the following ways:

1. Raise a ‘return or replacement request’ through the Application or Website:

   All you need to do is place a 'return request' by sending us an email at within a period of 3 (three) days of receiving the shipment of a product from our partners.

   Our team will assign that request for pick up for the Product that you wish to return, from your door-step and process the return subject to the concerned Merchant's return policy.

   In case you request for a replacement of your shipped product owing to either size mismatch or defective Product, you may get the replacement free of cost, subject to stock availability & concerned Merchant’s replacement policy.

   If the Product is out of stock, we will issue you a voucher/ coupon of the equal amount that can be redeemed for future purchases on the Website or the Application.

In-store Returns:

   For the purposes of returning or seeking replacement of any Product, you may visit the specific Merchant’s store. If need be you may email us at [insert email id] to ensure that the return window is open or to know other details viz., returns policy, store timings etc.

Kindly note that the return/replacement process is subject to the following conditions:
   1. All Products must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered to you;
   2. All Products should be returned with all the free Products or accessories shipped along with the original Products;
   3. Any Product returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized, washed or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return;
   4. All requests for return of Products have to be placed within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery. Request will be processed as per brands store return/exchange policy.
   5. All Products to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.

Kindly note that the return/replacement policy may vary depending on the concerned Merchant’s brand/ store policy.   Please read the return or replacement policy for every Product carefully. Exceptions to Returns/ Replacement Policy

The list of Products that cannot be replaced are:
Innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories, hair accessories, Briefs, Shape wear bottoms or any lingerie set that includes a brief, Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Earrings, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings, Mittens, Socks and Wrist-Band.

Under normal circumstances, your order is processed and prepared for dispatch immediately. Hence, you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order, if it has already been processed/picked up from the respective store. In this instance, you would have to return your order once you've received it, in accordance with our Return Policy, as mentioned herein. However, in case your order is not dispatched, we will use our best efforts to process the cancellation request at the earliest. In such cases where the cancellations can be effected and for which you have already made the payments, you shall be issued a voucher/ coupon of the equal amount that can be redeemed for future purchases on the Website or the Application.

Receiving a Refund
Once the product is received by Merchant, it is verified against your claim made by you in your return request. In the event that your claim is found to be correct and it is determined that you are entitled to the refund, you shall be issued a voucher/ coupon of the equal amount that can be redeemed for future purchases on the Website or the Application.

The capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning ascribed to it in the Terms available here.

This Return and Replacement Policy may be modified or revoked, partly or fully, at any time at the sole discretion of MallShopee, without being required to give any prior intimation to you.

You shall not have any rights or claims against MallShopee with respect to this Return and Replacement Policy. MallShopee shall use its best efforts to ensure the fulfillment/performance of its obligations under this Policy. However, if for any reasons, the same cannot be fulfilled or performed successfully, MallShopee shall not be liable or responsible for any losses or damages you may incur

You understand and agree that in performing its obligations under this Policy, MallShopee shall be relying on various third party service providers, including shipping and courier service providers, pick-up and delivery agents, etc. You further acknowledge and agree that MallShopee shall not be liable or responsible (directly or indirectly) for any loss or damage suffered by you on account of any delay, deficiency or failure by such third party service providers in performing their services, nor shall MallShopee be held liable or responsible (directly or indirectly) in case of any negligence, error, mistake or fault of such persons.
